Our tie to the resort

Casino Rama Resort rises on reserve land of the Rama community; its government, the Chippewas of Rama First Nation, publishes this review. Through an affiliate, the First Nation holds property rights in the resort jointly with the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), while Gateway Casinos & Entertainment manages its daily operations under a contract with OLG. With a direct stake in the property described here, the publisher offers an owner-side account; please do not mistake it for an independent review.

Precision matters here, so to put it another way: the First Nation neither manages the hotel's daily business nor holds the property alone, yet its stake is real and direct. That is the reason every page calls this an owner-side review.

Where the money comes from

Fees, opening times and booking rules move around too much to state as fact, so the review frames them as points to confirm.
