Two routes by which money can reach the publisher, set out in full.

The notice itself
Our required notice reads: This site contains affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you follow a link and make a booking/purchase or download, at no extra cost to you. Arcaneplay repeats that wording beneath each page heading.
Any link able to earn a commission carries rel="sponsored". Both "Check availability" buttons on the review fall into that group.
The publisher's interest
Casino Rama Resort rises on reserve land of the Rama community; its government, the Chippewas of Rama First Nation, publishes this review. Through an affiliate, the First Nation holds property rights in the resort jointly with the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), while Gateway Casinos & Entertainment manages its daily operations under a contract with OLG. With a direct stake in the property described here, the publisher offers an owner-side account; please do not mistake it for an independent review.
Put simply, benefit can flow to the publisher in two ways: commissions from affiliate or referral partners, and the First Nation's stake in the resort whenever guests reserve with the hotel directly.
What a commission does not buy
Partners have no say over the wording of the review. Neither of the two lakeside alternatives has any commission deal with us, and their links carry nofollow. Any rate you see on a booking site comes from that site or from the hotel; we set none of them.
