Fair use of the pages
These pages offer travel information about a single resort and the country around it. Reading, linking and sharing them for personal, non-commercial purposes is welcome. Please do not reproduce substantial portions, run automated harvesting tools against the site, or use it unlawfully or in a way that damages it.
Minimum age
Use of the site is limited to people aged 19 or more, which is the age of majority in Ontario. If the law where you live sets a higher threshold, that higher age applies to you.
The publisher's stake
Casino Rama Resort rises on reserve land of the Rama community; its government, the Chippewas of Rama First Nation, publishes this review. Through an affiliate, the First Nation holds property rights in the resort jointly with the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), while Gateway Casinos & Entertainment manages its daily operations under a contract with OLG. With a direct stake in the property described here, the publisher offers an owner-side account; please do not mistake it for an independent review.
Third parties
Rates, resort fees, taxes and cancellation terms are set by hotels and booking platforms, which may alter them at any time without telling us. We accept no responsibility for the content, pricing, availability or behaviour of outside websites or booking services; a reservation is a contract between you and whoever takes it.
Accuracy
Facilities, hours and policies at any resort shift over time. We work to keep the review current, but please check anything important directly with the hotel ahead of your trip.
Intellectual property
Words, layout and artwork on this site are the property of the Chippewas of Rama First Nation, except where a page notes another source. Marks and names of other hotels stay with the companies owning them; Arcaneplay cites them purely to identify a property.
Governing law
Ontario law and the federal law of Canada as it applies in Ontario control these terms; disputes go to Ontario's courts.
